The Need
This local nonprofit organization needed to clarify its brand and key messages – and required counsel, training and support in planning and implementing marketing strategies for its key programs.
How The Fairmount Group Gave YWCA a Voice
To best tell YWCA’s story, The Fairmount Group defined and articulated a Brand Platform™ and created a Key Message Framework™ for all key stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent and compelling communications. In addition, we provided crisis communications counsel and training.
Our engagement also focused on developing and supporting marketing strategies for some of the organization’s key programs, such as the Early Learning Center and Independence Place, a residential facility for youths who have aged out of foster care. To support these initiatives, we conducted media relations, marketing communications and various content marketing programs.
